They are looking for a Robotics Deployment Engineer to lead the on-site implementation, integration, and optimization of our robotic systems in warehouse environments. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring successful customer deployments. The ideal candidate has experience in robotics, automation, and warehouse systems and enjoys working hands-on in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead on-site deployment, testing, and commissioning of robotic automation systems.

Integrate robotic hardware and software with existing warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robotics, networking, and system connectivity.

Conduct system performance testing, calibration, and optimization to ensure smooth operations.

Train end-users and warehouse staff on system operation, best practices, and maintenance.

Provide technical support during and post-deployment, ensuring minimal operational disruptions.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer support teams to enhance deployment processes and system reliability.

Document installation procedures, troubleshooting guides, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Travel to customer sites as needed for system deployment and support.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in robotics deployment, automation, or system integration.

Hands-on experience with robotic platforms, sensors, and industrial automation systems.

Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including networking and communication protocols (TCP/IP, ROS, MQTT, etc.).

Experience with Linux-based systems and scripting (Python, Bash) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites for deployments.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and industrial PLCs.

Familiarity with SLAM, computer vision, or AI-based robotics solutions.

Knowledge of safety standards for industrial robotics deployment.

Previous experience in warehouse automation or logistics robotics.
