Job Description
Our client, a leading provider in the energy management space, is seeking a full-time Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer with strong expertise in Okta to secure and modernize their identity infrastructure. This onsite role supports the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable IAM solutions that protect access to critical systems across the enterprise.
In this position, you’ll lead efforts around Okta integration, SSO configuration, and MFA deployment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance identity lifecycle management and enforce Zero Trust principles. Your work will directly support the security of platforms vital to energy distribution and operational continuity.

- 5+ years of experience in IAM, specifically with Okta
- Experience managing lifecycle process, onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning
- MFA, SSO
- Knowledge of integrating Okta with cloud (AWS, Azure) and on-prem applications
- BA in Computer Science or related
- CISSP, CISM, Okta certifications
- SaaS experience
- 60% – Okta Administration & Engineering
