A well-established technology organization headquartered in Boston is looking to bring on a Senior Program Manager to support its growing Software Development and IT teams. Required Skills & Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management within software development and/or IT environments

  • Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional programs from planning through execution

  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience working in or closely with an MSP

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical, engineering, or business-related field

  • Familiarity with infrastructure technologies (Windows, AD, O365) is a plus

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

  • 100% Program Management of software and infrastructure projects

  • Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, and IT

  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables

Daily Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders

  • Own project roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives

  • Support hands-on troubleshooting, new deployments, and account setup tasks as needed

  • Approximately 10–15% travel within New England
