Senior Python Engineer

We are currently working with a company in the Digital Experience Optimization space, that are focused on leveraging high volume user feedback and AI to improve the UX for client users, ranging from American Express, Accenture, and many more. Their platform can generate new insights in minutes to help users improve the user experience they’re getting from major companies.

They are looking for a Senior Python Engineer to join their team that will be able to own the lifecycle of their complex features and improve them over time. The ideal candidate will be able to productionalize GenAI and Agentic AI applications in the user research domain and have a passion to improve customer UX through valuable data insights. This role will by Hybrid in their Boston office.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 6+ years of professional Python development experience in Backend leaning Fullstack roles
  • Proficiency with modern Python frameworks such as Flask or Django
  • Experience working with Typescript/Node for Fullstack Development
  • Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and deployment workflows.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of complex systems, driving projects from design to production.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-team interactions.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working with Generative or Agentic AI is a huge bonus
