Position Overview:

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Three.js and WebGL, you will play a key role in developing advanced 3D visualization and interactive applications that enhance our manufacturing solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain 3D visualization and interactive applications using Three.js and WebGL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design innovative solutions.
  • Integrate 3D models and CAD data into web-based applications to enhance user experience and functionality.
  • Optimize performance and ensure smooth interactions across various devices and platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in 3D graphics and web technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to 3D rendering and performance.
  • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and best practices within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Three.js and WebGL.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience working with 3D models and CAD data in a web environment.
  • Solid understanding of computer graphics concepts, rendering techniques, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and CAD software is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
