Software Engineer in Test 3 / AWS / Hybrid / Boston, MA

We’re hiring a Software Engineer in Test (SDET) for a full-time position in Boston, MA (onsite Tuesday–Thursday). The role focuses on Python development, automation, AWS, and modern testing tools like Cypress and JMeter.

This position sits on a developer experience team that partners with multiple SCRUM teams to build internal tooling and automation that improves the testing lifecycle. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys writing code, building automation frameworks, and collaborating closely with engineers to deliver reliable, scalable software.

Required Skills & Experience

· 2+ years of professional experience post-graduation
· Strong Python programming skills
· Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
· Experience with test automation

Desired Skills & Experience

· Experience with AWS
· Experience with Cypress (UI testing)
· Experience with JMeter (API testing)
· Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams
