You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, define technical architecture, and ensure timely delivery of projects. Additionally, you will mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of Management experience
• Background in architecting background distributed systems
• Overseeing and managing budgets for resources
• Java and Spring Boot

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Health tech experience
• Knowledge of Cloud architecture and Microservices
• Conducting code reviews

What You'll Be Doing: Tech Breakdown:

• 70% Managing towards business objectives.
• 30% Architecture

Daily Responsibilities:

• 70% Management
• 30% technical
