We are currently working with a company in the Real Estate space whose goal is to even the playing field when it comes to buying houses and making the databases that are utilized by Zillow/Redfin more accessible to everyone without the requirement of data scraping the larger websites. They are looking for a Staff Level Python Engineer to join their team and help expand their product offering from a high level. The role will be fully remote but they are based in the greater Boston area.
This would be a great way to get into the ground floor on an early stage start up with stable VC backing. On top of that, their goal is to make housing more affordable for everyday people so its a company with a good mission as well.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of professional Python development experience with a proven track record in building scalable, high-performance applications.
- Proficiency with modern Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
- Experience working with Typescript for Fullstack Development
- Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and deployment workflows.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, AWS is heavily preferred but flexible
- Experience working in a start up environment and willing to work on multiple projects
- Proven ability to take ownership of complex systems, driving projects from design to production.
- Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-team interactions.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Desire to work on a project that will make a positive impact on society
