Senior Product Designer – Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid)
Full-Time | $200–250K base + ~$800K equity over 4 years

Quick Pitch:
This is a full-time hybrid opportunity for a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design efforts for the seller side of a high-growth marketplace platform. You’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive, impactful experiences from concept to launch while collaborating closely with engineering and leadership teams.

You’ll have ownership across flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma, working with one other designer to shape the product’s visual direction and design system. This is an ideal opportunity for a design-driven thinker who enjoys autonomy, fast iteration, and solving meaningful problems for creators and businesses at scale.

Required Skills & Experience
· 4+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong visual portfolio
· Expertise in Figma and user-centered design principles
· Experience designing end-to-end experiences in fast-paced product environments
· Strong communication and collaboration skills

Desired Skills & Experience
· Entrepreneurial or founding mindset with a bias toward action
· Experience in consumer, fintech, social, or marketplace products
· Detail-oriented and organized with a steady background in product execution

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown
· 80% Product Design Execution
· 20% Collaboration and Strategy

Daily Responsibilities
· 60% Hands-on design and prototyping in Figma
· 25% Collaboration with engineers and leadership
· 15% Design system maintenance and improvement
