Senior Software Engineer / Golang / Banking

This leading payment solutions firm is actively developing a new application tailored to meet the needs of small banks. The company prides itself on its innovative approach to payment solutions and the significant impact it delivers to its clients.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer proficient in Golang, the primary backend language for this role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Golang development. This hybrid role requires the candidate to be onsite in Buckhead, GA for two days per week, so the ability to commute to the office regularly is essential.

Required Skills and Experience 

• Strong experience in Golang development.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience in Banking or Finance.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
