Software Development Manager / .NET / C# / New Jersey

A software company based in South Jersey is looking for a Software Development Manager to join their team. They’re looking for someone with an extensive background working in the .NET/C# Development world with recent managerial experience. This role will be less about working hands on in the code and more about overseeing the team and executing deliverables. They need someone who can jump into the code and also communicate with non-technical business teams.
The role is fulltime and direct hire; they really want someone who can grow out the team! They’re based in Burlington, NJ and looking for someone comfortable with being onsite. As the head of the team, face-time is crucial for this position.



Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ Years of software development experience with .NET / C#
• .NET Core / Version 6+
• 2+ years of managerial/leadership experience including direct reports, hiring/firing, and technical oversight
• Ability to interface with clients and business partners
• Ability to be onsite a few days a week

Desired Skills & Experience

• [VM1] Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
