Business Development Executive/ MSP

This is a full-time, senior-level Business Development opportunity based remotely with a preference for candidates located in California (especially near Camarillo). The company is a fast-scaling national MSP with a strong presence across the East Coast, Southeast, and now expanding on the West Coast. They offer comprehensive services in Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Compliance Solutions, and are growing aggressively through acquisition and organic business development.
This is a pure hunting role—ideal for a driven B2B sales professional with experience in the MSP space and a solid track record of breaking into net new logos. The company is especially interested in individuals with background selling to highly regulated verticals such as healthcare, legal, and security—where HIPAA, PCI, and cybersecurity compliance are mission-critical. If you love working leads from cold outreach to close and want to be a front-facing leader in West Coast expansion efforts, this could be a standout opportunity for growth, ownership, and impact.

Required Skills & Experience

· 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with MSP, cybersecurity, or technical service providers
· Proven track record generating and closing net new business
· Experience selling into healthcare, legal, or security markets (HIPAA/PCI knowledge is a must)
· Highly self-motivated and independent—able to own the sales process from lead gen to signed contract
· Comfortable with cold outreach: phone, email, social, in-person where applicable
· Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills
· Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot to manage pipeline and forecasting

Desired Skills & Experience

· Previous experience with IT Managed Services or cybersecurity vendors
· Network of West Coast contacts in regulated industries
· Understanding of complex solution selling techniques
· Ability to collaborate with technical teams to build winning proposals
