Our client, a rapidly scaling startup that blends artificial intelligence with systems optimization, is looking to add an AI/ML Engineer to their growing team. This is a full-time opportunity where you’ll work with state-of-the-art technology to build, optimize, and deploy production-ready AI solutions at scale.

This is a full-time onsite position in Cambridge, MA.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in end-to-end AI/ML engineering, from model development to system optimization.

• Proficiency in Python, with exposure to TypeScript or Go for integration tasks.

• Hands-on experience with modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Transformers, Megatron-LM, CUDA, VLLM, Llama-factory).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Desired Skills & Experience

• Prior experience deploying AI/ML models in enterprise or large-scale environments.

• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.

• 40% Developing and optimizing AI/ML models

Daily Responsibilities

• Hands-on coding, training, and deployment of models

• Partnering with engineers to integrate AI solutions into production systems

• Ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business objectives
