Network Engineer // Camden, NJ

A real estate company in Camden, NJ is seeking an experienced Network Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization’s network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN, and cloud services.

This position is ideal for a skilled network professional with a strong background in Cisco Meraki solutions. You should have experience supporting a large-scale network and be able to solve complex technical challenges while continuously driving improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Cisco Meraki solutions (routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN)

• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, AWS)

• Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Windows environments)

• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with network management

• Experience working with distributed IT environments (multiple locations, remote offices)

• Ability to implement and optimize infrastructure solutions in both new and remodeled properties

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing and supporting the organization’s network infrastructure (Cisco Meraki routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN)

• Collaborating with teams and vendors to maintain cloud services and network security

• Troubleshooting complex network issues and escalating as needed

• Implementing infrastructure improvements for district offices and newly acquired properties

• Ensuring the optimal performance of the network across 600+ properties

• Managing cloud servers and supporting virtualization environments
