Job Description
The Technology, Data, & Innovation (TDI) Platform Engineering group is responsible for building and maintaining essential tools and platforms used across all development teams. With a mission to create a seamless software delivery experience, the team also ensures the integrity of the software supply chain. This involves establishing governance frameworks and providing the tooling necessary to help teams easily meet compliance standards.
This role calls for a seasoned software engineer with deep expertise in designing and building technical solutions that align with complex business needs. Working alongside a team of passionate professionals, you’ll play a key part in driving innovation and ensuring quality throughout the software development lifecycle. A strong grasp of Agile methodologies and the ability to turn requirements into effective, scalable solutions are essential. Proficiency with modern development environments, IDEs, and toolsets is expected, as is the ability to communicate clearly across teams and stakeholders. In addition to delivering high-quality code, you’ll be a mentor—conducting reviews, guiding peers, and setting a standard for technical excellence.
Depending on the level—AVP, Associate, or Analyst—candidates should bring extensive to relevant hands-on experience in areas such as DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or L3 Support. A commitment to Agile practices, a focus on adaptability, and a drive to accelerate delivery are critical to success in this role. Strong communication and analytical skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset, will help foster a positive team culture. Demonstrated experience with leading development tools is also required to effectively contribute and support the broader engineering efforts.
