Senior Program Analyst - Software Development
We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Analyst to join our software development team. In this role, you'll design and develop technical interfaces and web-based applications for our Utility Billing project, focusing on system integration and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement web-based applications and system interfaces

Manage technical documentation and best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration projects
Requirements:

5+ years experience in systems application analysis and complex technical documentation

Proven expertise in web application development and database management (Progress, SQL, PL/SQL)

Advanced proficiency in SQL Server Management Studio and T-SQL

Strong skills in C#, ASP.Net, Angular, Node.js, BASH/Linux, XML, JSON

Experience with API development and middleware solutions (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
