Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Contract Type: W2 Only, 12-month term
Project Overview:
Join a strategic, front-office-facing transformation program modernizing an enterprise pricing platform and driving adoption across sales and product teams. The program is currently underway, aiming to deliver full platform capabilities and roll out to users by April 2026. This role focuses on strategic product support, change management, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a critical role in activating platform functionality, supporting onboarding, bridging communication between users, product teams, and vendors, and ensuring readiness for deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Program Support

Act as liaison between sales teams, internal product teams, and vendor partners to clarify requirements, communicate issues, and move workstreams forward.

Break large program goals into discrete, actionable tasks.

Gather input from front-office teams, understand pain points, and obtain early feedback.

Activate key product functionality, identify gaps, recommend solutions, and guide migration strategy from legacy tools.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Change Management & Sales Enablement

Support change management initiatives including communication planning, staggered rollout planning, and training coordination.

Update documentation, procedures, and knowledge base materials.

Provide guidance and clarity between internal teams and vendor partners.

Support strategic readiness planning for product deployment and adoption.
Team & Vendor Environment:

Agile methodology familiarity preferred; no deep JIRA story writing required.
Required Skills / Qualifications:

4+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in sales enablement or sales tool implementations (CRM or enterprise tools).

Comfortable in Agile environments and navigating ambiguity.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to present ideas clearly and act with ownership.

Experience in large enterprise transformation programs preferred.
