Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Corporate and investment banking industry experience.
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills.
- Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management.
- Experience with hiring, onboarding, and space planning tool HOST.
- Experience developing improvement processes and implementation strategies.
- Responds to requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Adhere to confidentiality practices.
- Works well in a team environment; demonstrates collaboration and partnership.
- Experience with access, software, and equipment requests (SIMBA, ART, AIMS, Software Market, ServiceNow, ePro, Ariba, etc.)
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days at home) *subject to change based on company attendance policy.
What You Will Be Doing
- Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Business Execution.
- Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Business Execution.
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Provide information to client personnel in Business Execution.
- Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups.
- Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities.
- Review CIB procedures and identify areas of advancement using technology and innovation to streamline processes.
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives.
- Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners.
- Engage regularly with the business to review key items (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, space planning, access/matrices, subscriptions) and proactively plan for their needs.
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.
- Provide continued training and collaboration to I&P team to increase their Daily Ops. responsibilities and allow onshore team to engage more with the business.
- Enhance relationships with support partners (e.g., Facilities, SCTS, Admin., IT, TFS, IAM) to ensure services are executed seamlessly.
- Provide an efficient and pleasant onboarding and offboarding experience for all employees, adhering to timelines and communicating effectively to all parties involved.
