Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Project Management and organizational skills.
- Strong experience with risk and control assessments.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and project plans.
- Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, outlook, etc.
- Consultant type mindset – BIG 4 experience preferred but not necessary. If no big 4 experience, must have large financial institution exp.
- Great communication and personality.
- Controls/business side risk.
- Small piece of day to day is meeting minutes and some admin work.
- Data work and project management/analysis.
- Time management skills
- Financial Crimes and RCSA.
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
- Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
- Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions.
- Strategically engage with client personnel.
- Drive project deliverables by creating project plans, organizing key items, scheduling meetings, communicating updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with business and control teams.
- Support RCSA assessment work.
- Review compliance requirements to determine applicability
- Identify controls to mitigate risk
