Required Skills & Experience

• 1. Prior cash movement and processing experience
  - Understand the process of processing mail and sending out checks
  - Understanding of reconveyance fees (UCC’s - uncollected collateral)
  - Understanding of basic accounting principles
  2. Strong user level experience with Microsoft applications
  - MS Excel – Ability to navigate spreadsheets and convert to PDF and print)
  - Adobe (combining PDF documents)
  - MS word – Converting to PDF and printing
  
  EXPERIENCE
  - Accounts payable or cash flow experience within a large business

• Processing transactions
  - Disbursing and sending wires
  - Cutting checks
  - Processing general ledger entries
  - Processing advances
