Job Title: Mobile Deployment Technician

Location: Onsite – Mecklenburg County, Charlotte, NC

Contract: 4 months

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Overview

We are seeking a Mobile Deployment Technician for a 4-month contract to assist with mobile device setup and deployment. This role requires hands-on experience with iPhones, specifically using InTune/Company Portal and the Verizon network for device configuration. You will be interacting directly with end users, many of whom may have limited technical knowledge. Strong customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to explain technical details in a user-friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy iPhones using InTune/Company Portal.
• Set up devices on the Verizon network for corporate use.
• Provide in-person support to end users, guiding them through setup and answering any questions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device issues as they arise.
• Document and maintain records of deployment activities.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring users are comfortable with their devices.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure seamless integration of mobile devices into the company’s IT ecosystem.

Requirements

• Experience with iPhone setup, specifically using InTune/Company Portal.
• Knowledge of the Verizon network and device configuration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical end users.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM in Mecklenburg County, Charlotte, NC.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a similar mobile device deployment or IT support role.
• Experience in customer-facing technical support positions.
