Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Strong understanding of Power Apps best practices, design patterns, and governance considerations.
  • Experience automating workflows and enabling business users through low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as a technical expert while collaborating closely with a broader team.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and influence adoption of technical solutions.

 

 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Design, develop, and implement Power Apps solutions to automate workflows and improve business processes.
  • Act as a Power Apps subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and implementation standards.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Power Apps solutions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand process needs and recommend efficient Power Platform solutions.
  • Support a growing backlog of queued processes requiring Power Apps implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including onshore and offshore partners) to deliver solutions effectively.
  • Help upskill internal team members by sharing knowledge, patterns, and lessons learned.
  • Contribute to the development of a best-in-class Power Apps strategy as the capability matures.
  • Participate in solution reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
  • Ensure solutions are built with sustainability, maintainability, and user adoption in mind.
