Contract Duration: 12 Months
- Hands-on ServiceNow CMDB experience (data quality, CI relationships, CSDM familiarity).
- Experience supporting metadata ownership review/certification and maintaining knowledge base/wiki updates.
- Ability to support ALM Sunrise/Sunset and other operational remediation activities.
- Project experience with ability to lead operational initiatives.
- Power BI skills are a plus for dashboards and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
