Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of OpenText experience.
• Technical writing experience
• Jira
• Financial Services experience

What You Will Be Doing

• Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
• Taking request from the Jira system and execute
• Create new doc
• Update
• LOB – merchant
• Role requires great communication skills, both internally and externally outside the team with business partners.
• Responsibilities include receiving requests from partners in merchant services, processing them, and uploading to the portal.
• Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.
