Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for an Experience Design Specialist in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).
Contract Duration: 6+ months with possible extension or conversion
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- 5+ years creating wireframes, workflows, personas, and scenarios that enhance user experience and improve efficiency metrics
- 5+ years experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization
- Experience with Collaboration tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Knowledge and understanding of UI (User Interface)
- Knowledge and understanding of mobile platforms
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Knowledge and understanding of Agile
- Knowledge and understanding of financial services regulatory environment a plus
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term experience design challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
