Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Engineer to join a dynamic team in Uptown, Charlotte. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency for our digital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services.

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.

• Write and maintain scripts and automation tools using Python.

• Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud solutions and ensure optimal performance.

• Monitor cloud resources, identify issues, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.

• Ensure adherence to best practices for cloud security and compliance.

• Participate in on-call support and troubleshoot complex cloud-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience with AWS cloud services.

• Proficiency in Terraform and/or CloudFormation for infrastructure automation.

• Strong programming skills in Python.

• Experience with cloud security best practices and monitoring tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
