This position involves hands-on technical support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role focuses on Windows systems, Active Directory/Group Policy, and a ticketing system, along with managing and troubleshooting a Verizon One phone system. You’ll also handle traditional help desk support tasks and ensure smooth IT operations while a current team member is on leave.

- 2+ years of IT support experience
 - Proficiency with Windows operating systems
 - Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy (GP)
 - Familiarity with ticketing systems for IT support
 - Experience with phone system troubleshooting (Verizon One preferred)
 - Strong problem-solving and communication skills
 
- Prior experience with ConnectWise Control or similar remote tools
 - Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
 - Customer service-focused mindset
