IT Support Technician/ 1 Month Contract

This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Engineer to support a short-term, 1-month contract in the Steele Creek area. This position involves hands-on technical support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role focuses on Windows systems, Active Directory/Group Policy, and a ticketing system, along with managing and troubleshooting a Verizon One phone system. You’ll also handle traditional help desk support tasks and ensure smooth IT operations while a current team member is on leave.
Whether you're experienced in remote support tools like ConnectWise Control or providing exceptional customer service over the phone, this role offers a rewarding challenge. Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of IT support experience
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy (GP)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems for IT support
  • Experience with phone system troubleshooting (Verizon One preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience with ConnectWise Control or similar remote tools
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
