Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a NOC or similar technical support role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to servers, networks, applications, and cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
  • Familiarity with networking principles such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Knowledge of backup and recovery methodologies; experience with tools such as Veeam preferred.
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar) to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to diverse audiences.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications.
  • Experience with SIEM tools and monitoring systems.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and processes.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Hands-on experience with ConnectWise Automate or similar tools.
