Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced expertise in Windows system administration (desktop and server).
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, topologies, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure/Entra, Intune, and Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Scripting proficiency (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
- Experience with LAN/WAN/VPN design and administration.
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Expertise in backup and recovery software implementation and troubleshooting.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace administration or development.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and project management software.
- Knowledge of Cisco IOS and ASA.
- Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
- Linux administration skills.
- Understanding of SIEM tools and IT security best practices.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Rewst or OpenAI applications.
