Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the technology and systems department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all IT systems.
- Systems & Networking: Manage and troubleshoot basic networking issues, reimage PCs, and handle system configurations.
- Active Directory & Group Policy: Administer and manage Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and security settings.
- Cabling & Infrastructure: Supervise cabling installations and maintenance, ensuring all physical infrastructure supports operational needs.
- Ticketing System Management: Oversee the IT ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Project Management: Coordinate and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that all IT operations adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Experience:

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT systems and networking.
- Strong understanding of Windows environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and PC imaging.
- Previous management or lead experience in a technology-focused role.

Education:
