About the Team:
Join the Home Lending Servicing Technology team, focusing on asset management and default servicing within the mortgage space. You’ll be part of a dynamic group supporting critical applications, working alongside two onshore scrum teams (.NET & Java) and three offshore Java teams.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Junior to Mid-Level .NET Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly adapt to ongoing projects. This role focuses heavily on backend development, with opportunities for full-stack work. Candidates should bring strong .NET Core experience and a solid understanding of cloud technologies, specifically Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, and Azure.
• Collaborate within Agile scrum teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Work closely with engineering leads, product owners, and scrum masters to align with project goals.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
• Quickly ramp up on existing systems and contribute to clearing project backlogs.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with C# and .NET Core (highly preferred)
• Azure cloud development experience
• Proficiency in SQL Server
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced project demands

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to front-end frameworks like Angular or React
• Full-stack development experience
• Mortgage or financial services industry knowledge
