We’re seeking a motivated Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join a mission-driven financial institution headquartered in Massachusetts that serves hundreds of thousands of members nationwide. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of security and innovation, helping protect systems that support critical banking and digital services. You’ll collaborate closely with both IT Security and Information Systems teams to maintain, configure, and enhance a broad range of security tools, infrastructure, and policies.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s curious, adaptable, and eager to take ownership of key initiatives. You’ll serve as a bridge across departments, guiding security-related projects and supporting teams throughout the organization.
Required Skills & Experience-
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

5–7 years of experience working in Cybersecurity

5–7 years of IT experience in enterprise environments

Certifications such as Security+, GSEC, CEH, or CISSP

Working knowledge of CIS Critical Security Controls

Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS
-
Background with tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, AV, Web Filters, and WAFs
-
Understanding of protocols including SNMP, HTTP/S, SMTP, NTP, LDAP, Kerberos, RADIUS, and FTP
-
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation abilities

Familiarity with NIST and FFIEC frameworks

Exposure to AWS, Azure cloud platforms, and Splunk
-
Interest and experience in scripting or automation
-
Experience configuring and supporting firewalls
-
Active engagement in security communities or industry events
