CTS Certified AV Manager/Hybrid

This full-time AV Manager role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge audiovisual systems and financial operations. Our client specializes in delivering large-scale AV solutions for companies, financial institutions, and mission-critical environments. This is a hybrid opportunity with about 75% office-based work and travel required 1 week per month to client sites across the U.S.

This is more than just an AV job—this is an opportunity to lead with vision. The company is looking for a proactive AV professional who has both technical depth and financial acumen. The ideal candidate has a documented AV industry background, a CTS (minimum) or CTSD (preferred), and can navigate the demands of managing AV project scopes while understanding P&L, budgeting, and ROI analysis. 

Required Skills & Experience

· Minimum CTS certification (CTSD preferred)
· Proven AV industry experience with documented project portfolio
· Financial analysis skills – P&L management, budgeting, forecasting
· Project management experience in AV systems integration
· Familiarity with construction documentation and AV specifications
· Strong communication and client-facing skills

Desired Skills & Experience

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and AV design software
· Experience with control systems (Crestron, Extron, etc.)
· Previous work with financial clients or high-security environments
· Experience scaling teams and managing AV support resources
· Knowledge of networking fundamentals related to AV over IP

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown
· 40% AutoCAD, AV design & planning
· 30% AV Systems (Crestron, Extron, DSPs)
· 30% Financial tools & analytics

Daily Responsibilities
· 50% Hands On – AV planning, reviewing drawings, budgeting
· 30% Management Duties – leading team, vendor coordination, project oversight
· 20% Team Collaboration – interfacing with sales, finance, and clients
