Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong background in infrastructure modernization and system integration
- Experience with compliance controls and regulatory requirements
- Proven track record of vendor management and contract negotiations
- Strategic planning and project management expertise
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and drive organizational change
- Located in Chicago area or willing to relocate
- Experience in railroad, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
- Knowledge of automation and AI implementation strategies
- Previous experience leading digital transformation initiatives
- Background in legacy system modernization
