We’re looking for a Fractional CTO to provide senior-level technical leadership, architecture oversight, and strategic guidance during our growth phase. Engineering Manager to join a fast-growing real estate technology startup building a platform to manage recurring home care services in high-value property markets more effectively.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of hands-on engineering, systems thinking, and people leadership. You’ll split your time roughly 50/50 between coding and leadership, helping shape both the product and the engineering organization as we scale.

Contract Duration: 6 – 12 Months
Required Skills & Experience
  • Own and evolve the company’s technical vision and roadmap
  • Guide architecture decisions across frontend, infrastructure, and tooling
  • Advise on AI agents, automation, and platform scalability
  • Support and mentor engineering leadership
  • Evaluate and oversee third-party vendors and production houses
  • Partner with founders on technical strategy, hiring, and risk management
  • Provide pragmatic guidance rather than heavy bureaucracy
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Previous CTO, VP Engineering, or senior technical leadership experience
  • Strong familiarity with modern TypeScript/React ecosystems
  • Experience scaling multi-product platforms and distributed teams
  • Comfortable working asynchronously with periodic live collaboration
  • Startup-savvy and outcome-oriented
