AI Engineer – Chicago, IL

The role is based in our Chicago office, requiring a minimum of three days per week in office, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday.

At this job you will be at the forefront of building a new data science capability from the ground up. This is not just any role, it’s a chance to become a Subject Matter Expert in a firm with over 150 years of stability and success. You’ll work directly with our Director of Business IT solutions, collaborating with a diverse team of IT professionals and business stakeholders to shape and drive data science projects. If you’re confident, hands-on leader with at least five years of experience in data science or machine learning engineering, we want you to help us lay the foundation for our future data science endeavors.


Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science or machine learning engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Python development
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive and team oriented
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Informatica, Snowflake
  • Previous experience in data governance or data pipeline management
  • Ability to work with business groups to define and address their data needs
