Fraud Prevention - Java/Spring/Multithreading - Remote

Required Skills & Experience
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
· High-volume transactional environment experience
· At least three years of software development experience as a Java developer
· Proven experience with the Spring Boot framework
· Deep understanding of computers, the Internet, databases, and the Java programming language
· Familiarity with basic programming constructs like conditionals, loops, and data structures
· Strong relational database skills (SQL, JDBC – Oracle, MySQL, or Postgres preferred) and NoSQL databases with the ability to optimize slow queries

Desired Skills & Experience
· Familiar with Gradle/dependency libraries such as Spring Data, Hibernate, JDBC, Redis, Drools, Cryptography, Scylla DB Cassandra/AWS Keyspaces or S3, and Kafka is a plus
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is strongly preferred
