A growing logistics organization located in West Chicago is seeking a design savvy engineer to help modernize the front end of their long established internal platform. This is a fulltime role supporting a small but deeply experienced IT team, working with modern JavaScript frameworks as they rebuild and elevate a 20 yearold product into something clean, intuitive, and modern.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7+ years in UI/UX, product design, or interaction design
- Experience redesigning or modernizing complex web applications Strong skills in wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React, or Angular)
- Comfort collaborating with engineering teams in a small, hands-on environment
- Ability to work onsite 1 week per month
- Experience with internal tools, dashboards, or workflow-heavy systems
- Exposure to logistics, transportation, supply chain, or similar operational environments
- Background in design systems or pattern libraries
- Ability to test usability and gather user feedback
