We are helping fast-casual restaurant chain hire a full-time Restaurant Systems Administrator for their Chicago office. This role combines cutting-edge restaurant technology with the dynamic pace of the hospitality industry. You'll be working with a diverse tech stack including NCR Aloha POS, Office 365, and various cloud-based systems to support our restaurant operations across multiple locations.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience with restaurant-specific systems such as Qu Beyond, Synergy Suite, and OLO
  • Familiarity with Ring Central, SQL Server Reporting Services, and Meraki
  • Project management certifications
  • Experience with cloud-based systems and third-party integrations
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing IT systems
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff
  • Experience with POS systems, preferably NCR Aloha
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 applications, particularly SharePoint
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry

  • 30% POS and Restaurant Management Systems (NCR Aloha, Qu Beyond, etc.)
  • 25% Network and Infrastructure Management
  • 25% Office 365 and SharePoint Administration
  • 20% Third-party Application Management and Integration

  • 60% Hands-On Technical Work
