Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of business and IT experience
- Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Active Directory administration
- Mobile device configuration and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of network concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Microsoft SharePoint knowledge
- A+ PC Technician certification
- Network+ PC Technician certification
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
- Microsoft Verified IT Professional – Server Administrator (MCITP)
