We are helping a trading firm hire a fulltime Senior Client Support Analyst to join their client-focused support team, assisting major institutional clients on their low-latency proprietary trading platform. The Senior Client Support Analyst will deliver level 1 and 2 trade, system, and integration support, addressing client issues via phone, chat, and email for both GUI-based and automated trading applications. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting orders, system connectivity, and order routing, performing QA on trading tools, and assisting with client onboarding. Additionally, they’ll collaborate closely with Enterprise Operations, Sales, and Development teams and play a key role in training new support analysts and leading team efforts.

The Offer

Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in providing level 1 and 2 trade, system, and integration support
- Strong troubleshooting skills for trading applications, system connectivity, and order routing
- Experience with proprietary trading algorithms and related troubleshooting
- Familiarity with trading platforms (GUI-based and automated)
- Knowledge of client-onboarding processes and account creation
- Experience in quality assurance for internal trading tools, algorithms, and risk applications
- Ability to communicate effectively through phone, chat, and email support
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of financial products, including US Equities, Derivatives, and Futures
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, C# (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science preferred)
- Ability to obtain SIE, Series 3, 7, and 63 licenses within six months
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Enterprise Operations, Sales, Development)
- Leadership abilities to train and guide new support analysts
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Ability to learn and obtain necessary financial licenses (SIE, Series 3, Series 7, Series 63) within six months
