Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization
- Strong experience with SQL for data querying and transformation
- Experience working with DAX and M Queries to design and implement complex logic
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and analytics
- Background in data analyzing and presenting insights to leadership
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with reading and understanding ETL pipelines
- Excellent communication skills in both technical and business contexts
- Experience designing new metrics in collaboration with data scientists
- Background in financial, operational, or treasury data is a strong plus
- Familiarity with cloud-based data environments and modern data platforms
- Ability to influence decision-making without formal authority
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry is a bonus
What You Will Be Doing
- 50% power bi (dashboards, visualizations, report building)
- 30% SQL (data querying, performance tuning, data modeling)
- 10% DAX and m (complex calculations, custom logic)
- 10% Excel and other BI tools (data validation, supplemental analysis)
Daily Responsibilities
- 60% hands on (dashboard development, data prep, reporting)
- 20% team collaboration (working with BI, finance, operations, and data teams)
- 20% project leadership (owning deliverables, presenting insights, driving roadmap decisions)
