Lead PowerBI Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic Lead Power BI Consultant for a top consulting and strategy firm. This role is perfect for a leader who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about guiding a team to achieve outstanding results.

As the lead of a high-performing Power BI/Azure team (5 to 10 members), you will oversee daily operations, meet utilization targets, and build strong client relationships. You'll forecast needs, manage resources, ensure a 75% team utilization rate and 30% personal billable utilization, and provide proactive performance updates to the Consulting Manager.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated success in leading consulting teams, particularly in fast-paced settings.
• Advanced analytical abilities with a proven track record of managing and prioritizing complex tasks.
• Deep expertise in Power BI and Azure, along with a comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft Data Stack.
• Strong communication skills with a history of cultivating and maintaining effective client relationships.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in a leadership role within a consulting firm is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with additional analytics or AI tools would be advantageous.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a strong dedication to enhancing team performance and client satisfaction.
