This innovative company is transforming frontline workforce communications in traditional industries through their SMS-based employee engagement platform. Their solution delivers enterprise-grade functionality and security with the accessibility and high engagement rates of text messaging, serving clients ranging from mid-market companies to Fortune 500 organizations across sectors including manufacturing, construction, logistics, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and facilities management. Solving big time communication issues in a space that needs the support - great product market fit.

Required Skills & Experience

• Product management experience within B2B SaaS companies at the growth stage
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects and product lines
• Exceptional organizational capabilities and a systematic approach to work
• Track record of customer-centric product development and problem-solving
• Experience collaborating across Design, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Security functions
• Currently located in Chicago, IL

Desired Skills & Experience

• Technical background or demonstrated technical fluency
• Experience creating and maintaining product documentation at scale
• Background in quality assurance or testing methodologies
• Track record managing product releases and cross-functional launch coordination
• Interest in or experience with frontline workforce technology
• Familiarity with messaging platforms or communications infrastructure
