Site Reliability Engineer/ Risk Management

This role is ideal for engineers who bring a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) mindset, with a strong foundation in real-time system monitoring, infrastructure optimization, and secure cloud environments. If you have experience in financial technology or trading platforms, your insight into latency, uptime, and audit-ready infrastructure will be highly valued.

You'll support a dynamic trading environment where system performance, availability, and traceability directly impact client outcomes. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role based in Chicago, with direct input into how infrastructure supports mission-critical financial operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Design and implement monitoring strategies across development, staging, and production environments
• Linux engineering background
• Hands-on GItHub Actions project experience
• Extensive Terraform prowess
• Fintech or trading industry success
• Recent hands-on work with Bare Metal servers

Desired Skills & Experience

• MySQL or MariaDB background a strong bonus
• Experience supporting containerized environments
• 4 year college degree
