A growing IT consulting company in Collegeville, PA is seeking a Client Facing Infrastructure Manager to lead and coordinate infrastructure projects—including phone system deployments, server installations, and ongoing client IT needs. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for client infrastructure initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high attention to detail.
You will be responsible for managing multiple client-facing infrastructure projects simultaneously, communicating clearly with both clients and internal technical teams. This position requires strong organizational skills, a hands-on understanding of IT infrastructure, and the ability to navigate complex deployments from start to finish. Familiarity with ConnectWise is a strong plus.
This position is ideal for someone with a background in IT infrastructure who enjoys leading projects, interacting directly with clients, and managing the technical details of successful implementations. You should be comfortable with both planning and execution, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
Required Skills & Experience-
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including servers, phone systems (VoIP), and networking

Proven experience managing and executing infrastructure deployments (servers, phone systems, etc.)

Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives

Strong client-facing communication skills; able to translate technical information to non-technical audiences

Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills

Experience with ConnectWise or a similar PSA/ticketing/project management platform is a plus

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Previous experience in a consulting, MSP, or customer-focused IT environment preferred

Leading infrastructure projects from planning through execution, including server and phone system deployments

Acting as the main point of contact for clients during infrastructure initiatives, ensuring clear expectations and timely communication

Coordinating internal technical resources and external vendors as needed for successful project execution

Managing timelines, task assignments, and ensuring projects stay within budget and scope

Documenting all infrastructure changes, configurations, and deployments thoroughly

Utilizing ConnectWise (or similar platforms) to track progress, issues, and milestones

Proactively identifying risks, delays, or technical issues and working quickly to resolve or escalate as needed
