· 1+ year of IT support, help desk, or technical support experience
· Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
· Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Ability to work onsite in a school environment
· Exposure to Windows Server or Active Directory
· Basic familiarity with Linux environments (Red Hat preferred)
· Experience supporting classrooms, labs, or education technology
· Interest in systems administration or infrastructure
· CompTIA A+ or similar certification (nice to have)

Daily Responsibilities
· 70% Hands-On Technical Support
· 10% Documentation & Process Improvement
· 20% Team Collaboration with IT Staff and Faculty
