Job Description Our client, a global provider of critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, supporting data centers, communication networks, and industrial environments with power, cooling, and IT management technologies.
This full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, Ohio offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic engineering-style team focused on securing enterprise collaboration environments. As an M365 Architect with a Security Focus, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and securing Microsoft 365 solutions across a global enterprise environment.

This is a full time onsite role. Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 architecture, administration, and security
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Purview, Entra ID, Exchange Online Protection, and related security tools
• Proven track record implementing zero trust and identity-first security models
• Strong understanding of compliance, data loss prevention (DLP), and insider risk management
• Experience deploying and managing Microsoft 365 in hybrid and cloud-only environments
• Ability to collaborate across IT, Security, and Compliance teams to deliver secure solutions
• Familiarity with frameworks like NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation within Microsoft 365

Desired Skills & Experience

• B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-500, SC-300, SC-400, or equivalent)
• Experience in global enterprise or regulated environments
