Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of expertise in Active Directory, Azure, O365, PKI, DNS, and Group Policy administration
- Extensive PowerShell scripting experience (automation and system administration)
- Strong background in Windows Server administration (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022)
- Experience designing and maintaining AD Trusts, Group Policies, Replication, Global Catalog, and PKI
- Ability to perform Active Directory discovery, infrastructure analysis, and dependency mapping
- Experience with system automation and scripting for process improvements
- Strong communication skills to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders)
- Consulting background is highly preferred
- Experience working with large enterprise environments
- Knowledge of client/server network protocols
- Ability to refine requirements, create technical design specifications, and document solutions
- Strong decision-making and time management skills
