We are hiring for a Principal Computer Vision Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and optimizing computer vision algorithms that power our safety solutions. You will be designing, implementing, and optimizing computer vision algorithms for real-time processing and analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate computer vision capabilities with wearable technology and machine learning models. Additionally, developing software tools and frameworks to streamline the testing and deployment of computer vision solutions.

This position offers a fully remote schedule for those outside of the Irvine, CA area, to those who are local there will be a hybrid expectation of 3 days a week in office.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8 yrs. of experience as a Software Computer Vision Engineer
  • Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Applied Math
  • Experience working with Python, C++, AWS, Git, Docker, and Linux
  • Experience with Computer Vision libraries like OpenCV, Dlib, Scikit-Image, etc.
  • Experience with 2D/3D computer vision, deep learning libraries like Tensorflow and PyTorch, image processing, image segmentation, and object identification
